Our quality control process:

1. Receipt of raw materials: Each batch of raw materials entering needs to be inspected. Inspectors will inspect the appearance, size, color, etc. of the raw materials and ensure that they meet the factory's standards.

Technical standard customization: The factory will customize a set of strict technical standards to ensure that the product can meet the expected quality requirements during the production process. These standards will clearly indicate the requirements for each process and ensure consistency throughout the production process.

3. Production process control: The factory will take a series of control measures during the production process to ensure product quality. These measures include strictly controlling the cleanliness of the production environment, ensuring that operators wear appropriate protective equipment, and monitoring the operating status of production equipment.

4. Intermediate inspection: At every key node in the production process, the factory will conduct intermediate inspection.
